A gearbox operating a drive bar with either twin mushroom cams or a combination of mushroom cams and hook bolts like the ProLinea twin cam on page 52.

They provide enhanced security to when compared to standard espagnolettes and faster fabrication when compared to shootbolts.

A gearbox operating a drive bar with one or more mushroom cams. The mushroom headed cams offer weather sealing and a basic level of security.

There are two types of mushroom espagnolette systems:

Standard: espagnolette which operates on profile systems with a eurogroove.

U-Track: espagnolette which operates on profile systems without a eurogroove.

A gearbox operating a drive bar with two or more tongues.

Typically used on top or bottom hung fully reversible windows or timber windows.

A central gearbox operating a combination of mushroom cams and steel shootbolt extensions.

The shootbolts secure into strikers at the top and bottom of the frame providing enhanced security to PAS24: 2012 (dependant upon profile system).

The main type of shootbolt system we sell is ‘croppable’ which enables shootbolt extensions to be cropped to size.

Identify The Backset & Cam height Required:

Backset	Cam Height
Measure the distance from the gearbox faceplate to the centre of the square spindle hole. Backset dimensions will generally be either: 19, 20, 22 or 25mm backset.	Measure the distance from the faceplate to the top of the mushroom cam.
