The Briton 2003 Series Door Closer is an extremely reliable and versatile choice of door closer. With a 10 Year manufacturers guarantee, it meets the requirements of EN1154 and it is CE Marked. It is rated EN1634 fire tested at 2 hours for timber fire doors and 4 hours for steel fire doors as well as being Certifire approved to CF111 (please note that approval covers regular and transom applications only).
It has a set strength size of 3 but features fully adjustable closing and latch action, with concealed adjustment to prevent unauthorised tampering with the device. The 2003 closer is easy to install with reversible handing and it is suitable for use with doors up to 60Kg and 950mm width.
