To support its tough credentials, the SS100CS LEV5 features a 100 mm wide solid hardened steel body with a 20 mm closed shackle made from boron alloy steel, both reinforced with tungsten carbide to resist cutting and grinding. The locking mechanism uses two solid brass 6‑pin cylinders, boasting approximately 625 million key differs, and integrates anti‑drill, anti‑pick, and anti‑bump technologies.
